Obverse with draped bust of Handel, reverse with seated female playing lyre.
Some surface marks and a slight kink in the flan, otherwise Very Fine. Very rare with a RRR rating in BHM, who also suggests it may have been a musical award piece.
A similar medal described as GEF realised a hammer price of £280 in a London Coins auction 02/09/2023 (lot 674).
