Good Extremely Fine and very rare.
These medals were commissioned and funded by the Governor of the Bank, Sir Augustus Prevost for presentation to members of the Corps. The commanding officer, Captain Inman, received an example in gold, subalterns received silver specimens and other ranks received bronze. They are always found unnamed.
