The official Royal Mint issue. Struck with a matte finish, similar to the larger 56mm issue, but not noted for the smaller 32mm issue.
Slabbed and graded by NGC as MS64 Matte, the variety not noted on the holder. The certification number for this medal is 6946189-003.
Extremely rare and possibly intended as some sort of presentation/specimen issue.
