Obverse with William III on horseback, No 38 within exergue, reverse with Orange Association symbols. The origin of this medal is not exactly clear but it is quite possibly some sort of masonic lodge medal.
Pierced for suspension. Gilding worn in places otherwise about Very Fine and presumably rare.
