Prooflike, Generally Good Extremely Fine and housed in red Royal Mint case of issue. The Halfpenny has been slabbed by NGC as PL65RB, presumably as an attempt to see if the set was a proof set or a 'prooflike' set.
Only 500 of these sets were issued.
