Bright, Nearly Extremely Fine and rare in silver.
Seutin worked as a doctor during the Battle of Waterloo. After the Belgian Revolution of 1830, he became the personal doctor of King Leopold I. He invented the use of starched bandages, which has been adopted by the Russian army during his travels through Russia. Later he converted to homeopathy and founded the Belgian Homepathis Magazine.
