Obverse with wreath and artillery shell before Japanese Army and Navy flags and sakura blossoms around. Reverse with legend in four lines in Japanese within circular border, Japanese legend around, all within circular border of alternating anchors and stars.
A couple of tiny nicks in reverse field otherwise prooflike, About as Struck and housed in fitted case of issue. Very rare.
