International Colonial Exhibition in Amsterdam. Obverse with bust of Willem III above crowned arms of Amsterdam and Holland. Reverse with female figure floating on clouds, in her left hand a trumpet, in the right hand she holds a laurel wreath above the head of a nude male youth holding a torch in his right hand; around emblems of agriculture, trade and industry, the bottom panel with engraved dedication.
