A spot on obverse otherwise Good Extremely Fine and housed in original case of issue (latch broken and with edge damage). Also accompanied by the original twenty-two page book leather bound booklet.
This medal was believed to have been issued by a Mr Walter Hawkins of Kensington, for presentation to young men starting out in life.
