Extremely rare with a mintage of just 25 medals.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cem\u003eThe exterior of this case is embossed M.M to H.J.P. which is thought to mean Murray Marks to Henry Joseph Pfungst. Pfungst (1844-1917) collected Italian and Japanese bronzes, and Italian and Persian faience, as well as drawings. He was a Fellow of the Society of Antiquaries. He owned nearly 80 Gainsborough drawings and created a fine collection of his prints which he presented in 1913 to the Berlin Kupferstichkabinett.
