Two medals, one gilt and the other likely pewter. These were gifted to attendees of the inaugural ball, with the 'gold' medals being for women and the 'silver' medals for men. Housed in original card box.
Two original tickets for the 1961 inauguration for the East Stand and two consecutive ticket stubs for the ball, both torn (presumably torn at the time to show them as used). Also, a 1961 inauguration 'complimentary issue' guide book.
Also included in this lot is a 70mm bronze medal for the inauguration by Paul Manship.
